To start a remote support session please do the following:

Download TeamViewer

STEP 2

Choose to open the download (or save it to save you from downloading it again in the future).

STEP 3

When the file is opened, it will bring up a box with an ID and PASSWORD. Give this information to your technician.

If remote support is not available, our team can provide a full on site visit.
